Feral Hog HuntingFor the thrill of a hunter's lifetime, join us for a Feral Hog Hunt in Halifax County, NC! A hog hunt is available year-round. They may be included in a deer hunt, turkey hunt or a striper trip. We hunt from ground blinds or tower stands. Neuse River hog hunts will be available from January 1 through March. Neuse River Deer/Hog combo hunts run from Thanksgiving to January 1. Hogs may be hunted with bow, rifle, muzzleloader, or hand gun and all hunts in our hog hunting preserve are guaranteed. Preserve hunts will be available from October through March. Here is a picture of the first boar hog harvested in our preserve and some pictures of hogs we harvested on the Neuse River in 2008 and 2009. Our river hunting trips can be included in a deer hunt during the latter part of the deer hunting season. The Neuse river low grounds has become famous for it’s feral hog population. Don’t miss an opportunity to hunt this isolated piece of property. The deer hunting on this 900 acre swamp is as good as the hog hunting. Cleaning facilities are available or we will skin and quarter your hog for an extra fee. All hog hunts or deer/hog combo hunts will be a minimum of 3 days.
